meet the crew

Lindsay Papantonio

Better known around Sanitas as Lil' Lo-paps, she is the HBIC of the taproom. Lindsay was raised in Utah, but escaped the dry state to play beachside in San Diego. Though life by the sea was right up her alley, she found that Colorado made her feel at home. Lindsay likes hash tags because they look like waffles and DOES NOT like spicy food or foul language!

Kim Cassidy

Kim comes to us from Breckenridge, Colorado. Formerly a competative snowboarder in Vermont, she moved to the High Country to chase snow. Now she takes care of our guests as our Assistant Taproom Manager. Kim loves horseback riding and strongly dislikes Tom Petty. You can find her crushing triathlons outside of the tap room!

Rachel Emmer

Emmers was born in Wisconsin. While she might have escaped the cheeseheads, she now finds herself amongst crazy beer fanatics. You can catch Emmer smiling behind the bar or really anywhere with good music and flowing beer.

Shelby Hartsock

After 18 long years in Iowa's Mississippi River valley, Shelby grew tired of Bush Light and headed West to Boulder in search of "real beer". When Shelby isn't pouring you a fresh one, she spends her free time hiking, skiing, doing yoga and sourcing the best vegan ingredients at our local farmer's market.

Jake Greenfield

Jake came to Sanitas from a very large brewery south of Boulder. He brought with him a focus on back-of-house flow and operations. When he's not crushing it on the canning line, Jake hits the streets and brings cases and kegs to the good people of Colorado. A modern day milkman.

Dana Sangillo

Daniel Clas

Danny loves a good conversation over a good beer. This guy is currently expanding Sanitas into more states. You can generally find him just about anywhere in the country where there's a bar with craft beer.

Nessa Fried

This Jersey girl ventured West for mountain tunes and turns. If she's not jamming out at Red Rocks are shredding the fresh pow, you can find her perusing the imported cheese aisles of your local grocery store. As one of Sanitas's many CU alums, she's stoked to be back in Boulder slinging beer to her fellow Buffs.

Zach Jardinico

As a Colorado native, Zach's exposure to the craft beer world was unavoidable. Homebrewing and bartending throughout college ensured the beer roots took a strong hold. Fresh out of Leeds School of Business, Zach now keeps an eye on the debits and credits around our brewery. If you're looking for someone to geek out over beer with, he's your guy.
